“I wasn't sure if it was one of the last days of the rainy season in Manila, Philippines, a time when no one really knows whether the sky will reward us with a beautiful sunset or a golden hour. That day, the clouds slowly cleared, and I didn't waste the opportunity. I grabbed my camera and captured the fleeting beauty of the sunset before it disappeared.“

Rest is essential. In the middle of a long workday, I watched a worker in Manila pause for a few minutes, checking his phone, taking a cigarette, and simply sitting with the moment. We may never know what weighs on someone's shoulders, but sometimes a brief break is all a person has before returning to the demands of everyday life."
